3 inspection visits/month, photo reports on request, maintenance coordination, cleaning & preparation, emergency response, utilities & administration.

Executive — €200 + VAT/month:
Weekly inspections, included photo reports, priority owner support, plant care, representation & community management, 2 complimentary airport transfers/year, tax declaration included.
Rental Management:
15% + VAT commission — professional management of tourist, mid-term and long-term rentals.
